Cost

We offer major financial benefits over other franchise companies:

– In-house financing
– Low start-up costs
– Protected, exclusive territories

The typical franchise start-up cost is based on the population of your territory, but may look something like this:
$37,125 (average initial license fee, based on population)
+ $34,500 (initial equipment package, everything you need to get your business up and running)
= $71,625 (total initial franchise investment)

  • $37,125 Initial License Fee 42%
  • $34,500 Initial Equipment Package 45%
  • $71,625 Total Initial Investment 87%

*$37,125 initial license fee in based on the anticipated and targeted average Franchised Area Population of 180,000 people.

At N-Hance, we are far more interested in recruiting great people who are enthusiastic about owning a business than we are in finding people with lots of cash to spend. For this reason, we offer in-house financing and have some of the lowest start-up costs in the industry. We do not want high start-up costs to stand in the way of you owning and growing your own business, so we provide a cost structure that allows you to purchase an N-Hance business for as little as $37,500 down.

Franchise Fee Structure

If you are approved to be a Franchisee, you will also be approved for our In-house Financing. With our financing, most N-Hance businesses can be started using fund amounts between $45,000-$55,000.

Breaking Even

N-Hance is a low investment, high return business. We have worked hard to keep our cost structure low and have established built-in lead sources and partnerships (such as The Home Depot) that help new franchisees begin to earn their initial costs back almost immediately. To help them reach their breakeven point quickly, during the first year of business franchisees will be assigned a personal business coach.

Profitability

N-Hance has a track record of success. As our competitors have suffered and gone out of business, we have continued to grow and thrive.

You may have discovered that in the franchise world, it’s hard to get a company to tell you exactly how much money you can make. This is not because we have anything to hide, but rather, we are only legally able to talk about earnings in the form of what is called the Item 19. This is a section of our official Franchise Disclosure Document (FDD) that we’d be happy to send you if you’re interested (print or electronic format). The Item 19 will tell you how much N-Hance franchise owners have earned in the past by breaking them into groups and averaging revenue generated. You can learn a lot from this document and we are more than happy to walk through it with you on a one-on-one basis. If you are interested in seeing the N-Hance Item 19 or would like a copy of our Franchise Disclosure Document, get in touch with us.

To ensure that our franchise owners are maximizing their profits, we customize our coaching for each individual owner and are constantly looking for opportunities to make them more successful and profitable. Though we have many successful franchisees, we know that we haven’t begun to reach our full potential. Our services will be in demand no matter the economic situation, and that is why we are always looking for motivated individuals to join our incredible team of franchisees. Start on the path to become an N-Hance franchise owner today!
