N-Hance Wood Renewal is proud to introduce Luke Hosty as one of our newest N-Hance franchise owners. Hosty will be running and operating his N-Hance franchise in the Chicago Land area. With a background in construction work and wanting to find his own business N-Hance was the perfect fit for Hosty.
Prior to N-Hance, Hosty worked in construction, estimating, and business development for about 10 years. The idea of becoming an N-Hance franchise owner was a natural fit. Often N-Hance franchise owners come from varied and diverse professional backgrounds.
“I’ve been looking for the right business or franchise for over 10 years,” Hosty said. “My time in estimating and construction made N-Hance a good fit for me.”
One of the key reasons Hosty became an N-Hance franchise owner was his time speaking with already established owners. While meeting with these owners Hosty learned about the business and how they worked.
Hosty spent a week in Logan, Utah at N-Hance HQ. During his week in Utah, Hosty participated in new buyers training. This training consists of teaching new buyers the processes and services that N-Hance franchises offer customers. This training also provides business and marketing coaching to new buyers. Once a buyer leaves training they will be able to operate a successful N-Hance franchise. All N-Hance franchise owners are backed by a national marketing strategy and by more than 1,500 Home Depot stores. These support systems offer strong roots for franchise owners.
“The week of training has been fantastic,” Hosty said. “There are some great people that work for N-Hance. They have certainly taught us a lot in this week of training. I feel prepared and ready to run a successful franchise.”
